1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern your use of the LuxFlatNow platform at luxflatnow.vip, operated by LuxFlatNow, providing premium apartment selection and advisory services.

2. Services

LuxFlatNow offers premium apartment selection and advisory services. Schedules for standard consultations are agreed upon in advance, and you may seek reimbursement as outlined below. Certain rapid-response consultations commence immediately upon payment; such sessions are not eligible for reimbursement as expert resources are allocated at the time of booking.

3. Informational Products

We may offer digital guides and market overviews delivered electronically. Access is granted immediately upon purchase.

4. Merchandise

We may offer printed materials or branded items sold separately through our site. These items are shipped after purchase confirmation.

5. Fee and Payment

All fees must be settled prior to service delivery. Payment options include credit card and bank transfer. Service scheduling occurs after payment confirmation.

6. Reimbursement Policy

Services: If you cancel at least two business days prior to a scheduled appointment, you are eligible for a full reimbursement within seven calendar days of your request. No reimbursement is available for cancellations made less than 24 hours prior or for rapid-response consultations that begin immediately upon payment.

Informational Products: If your digital product remains unused, you may request a full reimbursement within 14 days of purchase. After download, no reimbursement applies.

Merchandise: If an item is defective or damaged in shipping, we will issue a full reimbursement upon receipt of photographic evidence. You may send back items in unused condition within seven days of delivery for a full reimbursement; shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We process requests within 10 business days of receipt.

7. Scheduling and Changes

To reschedule any service, notify us at least 48 hours before the appointment. We will accommodate your request at no extra charge. Requests made less than 48 hours prior may incur a charge or be treated as a no-show.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Swiss regulations. Any matter arising from these Terms shall be subject to the courts of Zurich.
